Standard Bank Alice RPC opens new field

The Momentum Friendship Games lived up to their alliance status as the Standard Bank Alice Regional Performance Centre played host to Selborne College under 15 and 19 sides at Fort Hare University yesterday. The Friendship Games were not the only excitement on the day as the Alice RPC had an opening ceremony of their B-Field.
Border Cricket President and CSA Board Member, Tando Ganda, was there to perform the opening ceremony alongside Cricket South Africa partners, Momentum and JCB Kemach. Members of the local community, Selborne College players and Border Cricket Association members were also on hand to make the event a memorable one.
Cricket South Africa’s General Manager: Cricket Corrie Van Zyl appreciated and thanked all partners involved for their contribution and their continuous support for the project.Both Momentum Friendship Games were won by Selborne College. As part of their support for the RPC and Hubs program, JCB Kemach also handed over a pitch roller and equipment to the Alice RPC
